African American Assembly
by Lakia HobsonThe African American Assembly is such a great thing to know and what it is about. The African American Assembly is bringing so many different students and different cultures together as one to have fun for African Americans even if some of them are not African Americans because they are representing so many great artists like Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr., Rose Parks, Ike and Tina Turner, temptations, and etc. The African American Assembly has done so much for so many different people over the years because of what it has accomplished back in the day. For example, it was segregated back in the day so many things were for whites only but, Martin Luther King Jr. changed that for so many people so that's why we are considered a little more now because of him and everyone in this world is compatible. That's what the African American Assembly is all about bringing different cultures and different people together as a whole in this world today. Also that why so many people feel better about everything because it's equal all around. |
